Course Description
This two-day, 16-hour continuing education course introduces therapists to the fundamentals of
assisted stretch therapy through a hands-on, clinically applicable framework. The curriculum prioritizes
anatomy review, assessment, full-body stretch sequencing, therapist confidence, and extensive
supervised practical application. Course time is primarily dedicated to demonstration and hands-on
stretching labs to support skill retention, safe technique performance, and clinical carryover.
